Been trying to get back into drawing with the intent of doing some kind of comic, since I'd like to do something productive with this obsessive comic consumption - more cartooning than any kind of realistic, anatomically correct superhero stuff though.
Been reading through Jack Hamm's cartooning book and doodling when I can (I get a lot of time to do it while at my desk at work), and I'm having a lot of fun and seeing some progress, but I'm wondering if any of you guys know of some kind of book/site/youtube channel with lessons or exercises that should help my general hand-eye coordination when it comes to drawing - drawing smoother lines, rounder circles, better spacial awareness (eg. being able to draw two eyes the same-ish size the first time without having to measure or keep redrawing), is there anything like that?
