Reposting for the third time, but...

I have a feeling that they're either working or finished with a short for this movie, the blu ray survey said for a "fashion police" spoof, but it never showed up. Anyone have any guesses when and where it'll turn up?

I don't think I understand what you're saying here. 3D animation at all 'level's will have some kind of graph and bezier curve, even mocap. What I'm currently doing is the very first step of animating. I'm creating my main poses of the character spaced throughout the frames. Next I'm going to move on adding poses between those, and then spacing the timing into a proper form.

Spacing between buttons and the shelves. It's only basic arithmetic, but I'd rather not have to waste time thinking about it when I just have a calculator to do it for me.

I don't know whether it was really necessary, but I don't want anything to look random when it shouldn't be.

H-here I go.
>>
>>84017899
This was something that I wanted to do when I first started looking at the model... Godspeed

>>84017287
where to begin

Shift + S: cursor options. You can move the cursor to center/selected/active(highlighted)/and grid. You can also snap objects to cursor/cursor offset(objects go to cursor in proper alignment) and grid.

Shift+Ctrl+Alt+C:you can set the pivot point (origin) of an object to whatever options it has, like the 3D cursor. This can also be found in the Toolbar (T)

Ctrl+spacebar: 3D manipulators can be turned on and off for rotation, location and scale and you can also use the Transform Orientation options for multiple ways of using Loc.Rot.Scale transforms (I usually only use Normal and Global - Normal is best desu) both can be found at the bottom of the 3D viewport

When you press 'N' you have transform settings, Loc.Rot.Scale. They give exact positioning.

When transforming an object in the 3D view, clicking the button for transform and then holding Shift will make it move in more precise amounts. Thinking about it, Blender has a ton of shit. Steep learning curve is steep, but you can make it.

Bleh, I know all of those. I was doing stuff to 2-3 decimal places, so I thought you meant stuff for that.

Yeah, you realise how deep it is if you take a moment to look at the menus when you're rushing through stuff.

It's powerful stuff, that's for sure.
>>
>>84018106
What I love about it is that everything has a hotkey. It takes time to learn, but damn I blaze through without looking at the sidebars for hours. Also, you don't have to be exact with everything. It's ok if a button is slightly clipping through the interior of a stereo. It's not an issue of we can't/wont see it.

Mhm, I'm starting to pick up quite a few hotkeys but I still use a few of the menus quite often when I don't necessarily need to. But eh, only been doing this properly for 5-6 days... I think.

It's not about the clipping, it was just distances between buttons that you can see:

0 ---- 0 --- 0 etc. I think I can be a bit more relaxed about it. There's bigger problems that some slightly incorrect spacing anyway.

This really impacts markets, major indexes spiked today as people became overconfident of remain winning.

Right now the Asian markets are down 8% and the S&P is down 4% with ~10 hours until market open. Massive losses are expected with a Brexit at this point, its just a matter of how much now.

I just realized I'm becoming too obsessed with Zootopia; I was hoping it would only spark a little motivation in my everyday life after going through an extreme burnout over video games, but this is starting to affect my daily life for the past week.

I just saw the movie for the first time, last week.

Perhaps putting off making gifs would help; I've already made a lot, covering 40-50% of the movie. There's nothing wrong about being a fan of the movie, but there is a point where being too obsessed will make you a furry... it's not what I'm wanting.

Phone is being a bitch and not letting me upload the pics but what I think happened is that I had a bad ball joint that shook the lugnuts loose until the final two sheared off. Three studs of five were still there as well as the disc and I can't find the wheel.
>>
>>84022108
.... I- ... I don't have a short answer to that question...

>>84022188
.... so, ultimately, your wheel was not properly torqued.... if a shop has touched your car recently, could mean they are at fault/must repair for free...
I haven't seen ball joints cause a wheel to come off... Ive had ball joints and/or wheel bearings go tips up and,as a result, have the whole hub assembly come off while driving. But, if the nuts were tight enough, no amount of shaking could have loosened them... what's the year/make/model of car?

I finally went and stopped paying attention to news a while ago. I only hear about things when they splash over into the very few places I hang out online.
>>
>>84022372
.... well, possibly.... not to be rude....
... there are other factors that apply to wheel torque. The most common is rusty hubs. If the hub is not cleaned, even if the wheel is torqued, it does not have proper clamping force. The rust will break down while rolling, leaving a small gap between the wheel and the hub, allowing the wheel to wobble... which will loosen the nuts and/or shear off the studs....

Over torqued wheels will also cause this. It stretches the threads, allowing the nuts to work themselves off the studs.... hondas, toyotas, and Hyundai commonly have this problem, since their recommended torque is so low (60-80ft/lbs) they usually end up over tightened at some point in their life, and years later the wheels can break off as an effect...

Legitimate question time. My question is If by ignoring race, gender and all other related shit for picking a group is your best way of doing it, shouldn't specially picking people for the sole purpose of diversity be wrong by that same line of thinking? An example of this is how Byron tweeted a pic of white Nick and Judy and this one girl got offended that there wasn't another race there. If anyone criticises her and also agrees that the 'mammal inclusion initiative' from the movie is a good idea, isn't that hypocritical? I seriously am hoping someone can change my view here.
>>
>>84023379
Yeah.... I had an instance where my father in law robbed 7 of the 8 nuts off of one side of one of my trucks, for his van... he forgot to tell me... left for work one morning, and I couldn't figure out what this horrible sound was when taking a corner, and the steering wheel was shaking... pull off into the ditch, saw what he did, and robbed some of the other side so that I had at least 4 on each wheel

>>84023439
Ouch. And sorry, autistic, so I worry about that... apparently i tend to offend others without realizing it...
What is car? Chrome trim, primitive anti sway bar, two tone paint, large caliper, and that style hub bearing implies late 70s- 80s gunboat...
>>
>>84023560
>I couldn't figure out what this horrible sound was when taking a corner, and the steering wheel was shaking...
Literally exactly what happened before my wheel fell off. That's what I thought was the ball joints
>>
>>84023558
I think that Zootopia's message was generally against affirmative action. Remember how Judy finished at the top of her class. The mammal inclusion initiative seemed like a one-off joke (also remember that it was mentioned by the villain).

Yeesh! The only song on that list that I know is the one by Carly Simon. FWIW, I generally sit down and listen to some deep progressive house, usually this:

..otherwise, it's Zeppelin, Ozzy, Journey, Doobie Bros., & such.

Hot damn, that's really good.
Hey did I see in an earlier picture that you are starting to colourize?
>>
>>84024673
You know it bothetrs me somehow we will never see this scene from Nick's point of view he kept his emotions hidden from us too

Western society usually do not teach men to express emotions. But his body language and stance say a lot eh.

Whoa... must be too much beer, but I thought the capcha said "I'm not a rabbit'. Was gonna screensave that. Heh

Right on. I wouldn't expect you to know most of my music, however, I'm sure your grandparents know them all word for word. Im kinda living in the 1960s-1970s.

>>84024856
Kinda... that is an old (like, one of my first) drawings.... I tried coloured pencils, and haven't touched them since... but, I may be colouring the requested art I still have to finish... so, stay tuned.

What do you think Judy and Nick would look like if they were human?

Not sure about Nick but saw this as probably the best humanization ofv young Judy.

Started watching Sailor Moon, and I'm not sure if this is the best "rabbit ear" hair or not, but it's cute as fuck.

Nothing because Nick and Judy aren't supposed to be human and there is nothing to gain from drawing them to appear as such

Yeah, i'm holding off doing any more work on this piece. Tomorrow i'm going to hit up our one and only decent art supply store for some felt pens to ink in Judy's uniform, and to see if they have a certain colour of pencil crayon for her fur. I spent the other night trying different colour combos and couldn't find a satisfactory colour.

How about next time, you keep your furry pessimistic opinions to yourself.

There's nothing wrong with having alternative dimensions.
