I threw out my VHS of the Adult Swim premier, I also recorded a test run of Adult Swim shows I think on December 26th 2000. I got Banjo Tooie for Christmas and stop playing around 2am to find shows like Sealab and the Brak Show on Cartoon Network. At least there's this, although Cowboy Bebop is uncut.

So we went back and UNcopied most of the songs. Took out recognizable intros and chords. This was kind of soul crushing to me. Not only was I NOT writing truly from my heart, I had gotten embroiled in a plagiarism thing and I have VERY high moral scruples about plagiarism. If I think I've come even remotely close to nicking someone's tune I freak and change it immediately. But, we did it, and meanwhile I was given 3 WEEKS to write the entire book and music and lyrics. This was due to the incompetence of Sherry Gunther, who is very high on my shit list right now."
