You read my mind, I literally just read the last issue and decided to read the back issues.

I was pretty surprised by it, it does take a completely different approach to superheroes like all those Marvel books, but it's focused on the characters and story rather than quirky female fantasies and slice of life crap.
It's a drama through and through and is more about the kind of relationships musicians have, complicated by Dinah's past as a superhero.
The last issue is fantastic but ends in a really crummy way, undoubtedly because of the cancellation.
I'm only on #3, but I really love this book already.

Thanks for the Storytime! I can kinda see why this got cancelled because it goes every direction at break neck speed and kinda bullshits some parts with ALIEN SOUND MAGIC. I liked the art and the story was okay. Wish the writer would have slowed down a bit and tried to develop the band more but hey, only so much you can do with 12 issues.

Flashback /co/: I had a woman assault me for playing my harmonica "too loud and shitty"--with a goddamn flute she swiped off the counter from some dumbfuck kid waitin' for a lesson. Only time I ever had to go to the hospital, really messed up my hand and shoulder. I think the flute came out mostly unharmed.
Shit maybe I should start playing the harmonica again, probably get bludgeoned with a tuba this time.
This comic was okay, all praise the storytime.
