He should either ditch the crotch piece or wear something sturdier
The chest belt cross thing is a nice design, but it would make more sense if it was just branded onto his spandex instead of holding up nothing
The shoulder piece sweep across his neck so that is solves the purpose of his cape being held up AND his shoulder armor
