The English language market is too busy fapping over people in spandex, so you're limited to illegal scanlaters. I've found a few, but that was all through /co/.
There are plenty of scanlations. Some good ones are Niourk, Wake and Alexia's Demons.

Wake is pretty cool. It's the sort of thing I'd expect to really resonate with the American market, except maybe for the nudity in the first one.
We have Eurocomics generals every so often - we used to have them every week, but now it's usually once a month.
