I loved this the most because this movie actually ties in the events of previous films better than the Avengers films did. 1st Avenger, IM3,TWS, Avengers and AoU all had an impact in this films narratives while those other films were more self contained.

The Incredible Hulk wasn't so bad when I saw it in 2008, but I don't know how it's aged. Norton did a pretty good job as Banner, and I liked the way the Hulk looked "denser" than in his other iterations (read: Ang Lee green balloon).

I don't like that the movie basically made Iron Man wrong.
He should be right - Avengers should be under someone's supervision. United Nations, maybe, or maybe just US or NATO or whatnot. In the comics, Avengers were under UN for a while I think. It's not such a terrible concept. (Unlike Superhero Registration Act that was pure bullshit.)
But he is shown up to be wrong, and the general Ross is an asshole who throws people into prison, and Cap is shown up to be right in the end.

Part of the problem is that nobody on the anti-reg side really did anything wrong. Bucky was framed and Wanda was trying to minimize collateral damage. In the comics the anger over the Stamford incident made perfect sense because that fight was a publicity stunt where the heroes instigated a hazardous battle within a civilian neighborhood.
