I thought Zemo's plan was pretty interesting, only real quibble is that it could have been made clearer that he didn't get the footage of Howard and his wife dying until he got to the base - since I noticed a lot of people confused about it in the foyer.
Spidey felt like a natural fit, only complaint is that nobody grilled Tony's ass about the new unregistered "enhanced human" running about - though I have the feeling it'll be in a deleted scene.
Ending was 10/10 besides Tony not crumpling up and throwing away Steve's letter. On top of the fact is that, unlike Bruce and Tony, she freaking knows 100 % what she's doing. Ultron was never supposed to come on line. He only came into being because Tony and Bruce didn't understand the mindgem, a genocidal killbot was never in their god damn plans and they believed they were YEARS away from even getting something started. Wanda? Her goal is "kill the Avengers." She agrees to being Ultron's accomplice and helps him murder an imprisoned man, negotiate with arms dealers, and steal from a private medical group.

I think you've misinterpreted some things from AoU, which of course cannot be your fault given how muddled that story is. I don't believe she implanted visions in anyone's head. Stark lost his parents at an older age than Wanda, had their money to continue having a normal life onward, go to school, run a business. Tony is a hell of a lot older and more experienced than her, it doesn't matter that she's legally an adult because she's only just now been exposed to better circumstances. She was basically raised in a cell by nazis, of course that's going to lead her concepts of right and wrong astray. Once she saw reality, she realized what she did was wrong and stopped. The only flaw I see in the movie is how it takes Tony literally seconds to analyze Steve's fighting when he's up against the wall, whereas in the comic he had to spend a bunch of time looking at old fights and adding them to his suit's computer.

And how is it different from before? The Straitjacket, the door locks, the walls, the energy forcefields, they are irrelevant to Wanda. None of these things could stop her if she doesn't want them to. So why the fuck did the government do this?
