I'll say this, after really seeming like they had no direction for the show anymore, this move to New York has injected new life into it.
I mean, yeah, the Guild doesn't make any fucking sense anymore, and Blue Morpho is only sustained by this current goal of killing random villains we've never seen before to kinda sorta get to Venture.
But there's a lot of stuff they can explore in future episodes. Dean at college, Hank's romance, Brock and the faux-Avengers, and Doc inevitably running the empire back into the ground.
It's shitty this wasn't longer of course, but as an arc for the Blue Morpho, not bad.
