On the former side, you've the ones who've just shipped the two together since the day the White Trailer came out and Weiss' spot beside Ruby on the release poster was filled in.
Then for the latter case, you have those who ship the two because they genuinely like the interactions and building relationship between the two, from bitchy heiress and crater face in V1E2, to the BFFs charging into battle together in V3E12, and want to see it develop further.

That's actually my take on Lancaster honestly. While I wouldn't be completely against them developing a relationship eventually (mirroring Taiyang moving on from Raven and going with Summer etc), I'd much rather see Jaune and Ruby as battle buddies helping each other grow as leaders and as Hunters. They're the ones who call each other to figure out a particularly odd problem, or how to deal with an intra-team problem etc, and also coming to terms with their own personal histories.

I always liked the idea of Grimm Pyrrha being silent and pretty much emotionless(pic related as her consistent facial expression). Definitely should be half of a mask rather than covering both eyes. Makes her stand out more compared to the White Fang. Half mask also gives it that corruption look. Which actually gives me a great idea
The mask represents Pyrrha and the Grimm taint. Starts out as a little more than half a mask and as she fights Jaune throughout the seasons, it very slowly deteriorates, almost unnoticeable. In the final confrontation where she ends up changing back, her mask could be completely gone to symbolize that she is at her breaking point.
