Anti-humor is the term that tends to get thrown around, but I don't think it's quite accurate. As you said, there's nothing quite like Heathcliff. It's not that there's just no joke or intentionally bad or subversive jokes. It's that there is a void where a joke should be. You can see that there should be a joke there, most of the time, you can see the setup for a very clear and obvious joke, but instead Gallagher just... doesn't make it. Like here:

The last panel should be "Jedi-Mice trick" it's the most obvious joke ever. It's not funny, it's been made tens of thousands of times over the years, or at least some variation. But it's very obviously what the joke should be. But... it isn't. And there's no discernible reason for it not to be.
