But... DID Pictures for Sad Children actually have an autistic, obsessive fanbase? That type of fanbase usually only accumulates when a comic features recurring characters and ongoing storylines.
PFSC was just stick art and gags. I don't think the creator pulled one over on a terrible group of fans so much as he just stole from a bunch of people who wanted to buy his product.
