Basically what the others said.
This show sometimes does very well with it's 11 minutes, but it feels like it could use five more minutes at least most of the time.
They are usually pretty good at fitting a lot into that time but it does sometimes make episodes feel a bit rushed.
Nightmare hospital is a great example of an episode that needed 22 minutes for one.

So Blue Diamond being Lighthouse gem=bullshit (gem is completely the wrong cut and size)
White Diamond being Pyramid Gem=maybe (Her picture gives her spiky hair like the mural, Pyramid Gem is about the right shape and size, and even though the statue the gem was in had the gem in the chest, it also had a design on the forehead like a gem, and the arms were painted on in a way that matches the orb White Diamond was cradling in her picture. (Also maybe the designers of the pyramid wanted the core statue a certain size and shape, which they couldn't do if the gem was in the head)
And Rose being Pink Diamond=the writers are deliberately fucking with us. Like physically, Rose has much more in common with Amethyst and Jasper than Blue or Yellow Diamond, and everything we've heard about reforming or shapeshifting indicates that Rose shouldn't be able to pull off a transformation like that, and nothing indicates a gem can alter their own gem, which Rose would have to have done were she a diamond. But there's still way too much mystery around Pink Diamond.
