I'm curious where Spenser is going with this. It's obviously not a flat out betrayal by Diamondback, as she does seem to regret her actions. Though it does paint a dark picture that heroes are like celebrities and they just become washed up with the latest fads.

Steve first met Falcon when Red Skull body swapped with Cap and banished Steve (who is in Skull's body) onto an island where Skull kept war prisoners that all wanted to kill him.
