I actually preferred her doing that over Deadpool.
I actually believe She-Hulk might be one of the most powerful heroes in terms of combat ability. During She-Hulk Volume 1 she throws an armwrestling match with HERCULES, stating afterwards that 'he was giving his all', WHILE WEARING A STRENGTH-DAMPENING JUPITER SUIT.
Hercules and Thor are right around the same strength level, and Thor was able to go toe to toe with the Hulk in the past, so at a base level, She-Hulk is actually stronger than Hulk. This makes sense, since Jen actively tries to make herself stronger, while Bruce holds back, always afraid of his power. The only reason Hulk can stomp her is because he gets angrier.
Add to this the fact that She-Hulk has received combat training as an Agent of SHIELD, from Captain America, AND from Gamora, the universe's most dangerous woman. What's more, she learned how to enter a Gamma Trance from Lyra, which, while removing her anger bonuses, makes her a deadlier fighter.
That covers her combat abilities. We've also seen her take a leadership role in A-Force, and she's got plenty of combat experience in the Avengers. She is, of course, an expert lawyer, with the intelligence required, which she doesn't lose in Hulk form.

Gamma radiation in the hulk basically creates a physical version of the sub conscious. Bruce has always had repressed rage, and him turning into a rage monster makes him want to repress it more; as opposed to Jen, who has self confidence issues, and the She Hulk actually lets her safely give those desires form.
