First I sketched what I wanted to draw in one of those tiny notebooks with the ripable pages.
Then I googled the weapons I wanted to use, and placed them so that they roughly form the shape I want. In different layers, of course.
Then I use the line tool to make the lineart.
The rest is just spending time on it.

It's like a company making batteries. They COULD make one that lasts forever, but then no one needs to buy more because the first never died.
If the scientist CAN cure all the disease, then what need is there for doctors? Being able to cure everything means there's no need for people to treat it, and then the medical field has far fewer, if any jobs, with the people that were put out of work not trained for anything else, and will either have to work a low paying job or rack up huge student debt by having to go back to school for another career
