DumpAnon, I can add to some rumors about why PB was scaled back halfway through and more.
1) Russell was supposed to have a much larger part. That is a pun and always the truth. The interactive island had a telescope that would reveal the big man swimming to the island.
2) The song heard briefly during his indent video about jumping into the ocean from a pier was a cut song. Apparently over 20 cut songs exist that are sitting in an archive someplace.

Yes, that's true. He was supposed to be (hence why a character looked similar to him on the interactive island and I believe during Doncamatic). During to scheduling conflicts, he couldn't properly work with Damon to get a song produced.
