Action adventure genre with slice of life mixed in for character development time. Takes place in an alternate universe where the series (and that fucking anime) doesn't happen but some of the concepts get reused.
Plotwise, it turns out that Jumba wasn't lying when he said Stitch was the only experiment who made it past the theoretical stage. But now other experiments that look suspiciously like some of his earlier projections are starting to pop up. Lilo and Stitch and the rest of the O'hana get involved with that fairly quickly, while the Galactic Federation is too busy dealing with a major civil crisis to lend much aid.
I'd like a lot of the comic to focus more on the characters interacting and growing since nothing chronologically after L&S2 bothered to do that. I might also set the comic a few years down the road, when Lilo and Stitch are having to deal with becoming an aunt and uncle to Nani and David's kid.
I'm pretty sure the artist is horny while she draws.

I think the stripes on his mouth are supposed to separate the light blue fur that ran from his stomach to the underside of his mouth from his dark blue fur. On regular Stitch it was fine because his mouth was as wise as his head, but in human Stitch it just looks like a Zatch Bell character
