I actually kind of like how anachronistic the Millerverse is.
Year One: Probably takes place in the 70's, has
Holy Terror: Takes place in 2011 or so (they reference Osama's death, and there's also images of Bush, Obama, and a reference to Bay's Transformers)
All Star Batman: Probably takes place later than 1998 (there's a copy of 300 on the shelf). And somehow there's posters of the original DKR TPB cover and Adam West Batman.
Spawn/Batman: Post-Cold War (it's brought up in the narration)
DKR: 1980's with Reagan as president and the Soviet Union is still around.
DK2: According to Batman on the first page, it's been three years since he "died" so it really should be the 80's or early 90's, but it's more like a futuristic version of the early 00's.

I think Miller was supposed to just do the dialogue. The Adams-only dialogue from Batman Odyssey seems more in line with the other comics where Adams wrote by himself so I doubt there was that much input from Miller if at all.

At NYCC Miller and Lee said that they want to do a sequel to it, and that Miller pretty much has the story.
