I made an omelet for lunch today with ham, cheese, onion, mushrooms and garlic for lunch. Heated up a few leftover tortillas I had from when I made tacos a few days ago to eat with it.

Average day I cook for 10+ hours. Last thing I want to do is cook for myself on my day off.

Pork chops. Got lazy and just made them with salt, black pepper and oregano, plain buttered pasta on the side. Burnt my fucking finger with hot oil too, fuck.

I'm the only person in my house that actually likes spicy food so I just make a shit ton of it and toss it in the freezer knowing it'll be there when I get home.

mom bought beans, we had leftover ribs.

Made jalapeno cornbread, loaded mashed potatoes, southern stewed beans (thank you chef John), and rib gravy. Served my friends and family, drank beer and played tanks afterwards. Was pretty damn good.

I made some dog gone good pork ribs - St. Louis style.

I made cottage pie tonight. Thought my room mate my want some after he got home from work but he hasn't returned yet so I might have 2am seconds.

1 piece cod and chips with gluten free beer batter.

Pan-fried chicken thighs with mushrooms sautéed in wine with some orzo on the side.

Tacos for my family.
Burgers the night before.

Tomorrow is chicken curry.

I cook three very basic meals a week (a steak, a caesar salad, crispy-skinned salmon, etc) and then I try and make something new once a week as well.

This week I cooked Jamie Oliver's chilli, and last week I made a creamy chicken and bacon risotto of my own recipe.

I think this coming week I'll do some sushi or something else Eastern.
