I make my own Sausage, egg and cheese Muffins at home.
With golden brown hash brown patty on the side.
Just poach an egg in water and in the pan you brown the potato in also cook a sausage patty and melt real cheese on it.
Then you can toast your English muffin and its done.

I'll cook 4-5 eggs and sausage into patties, throw them in separate ziplock bags, then when I want a breakfast sandwich I just toast a bagel or a chibatta roll, reheat an egg and sausage patty, and add cheese. It takes just a minute of time in the microwave and toaster with zero cleanup. Enjoy.
