I bought some wheat germ /ck/
How exactly should I be using it? Most sites/chefs seem to say you should add it to things like muffins or cookies. But could I eat it as is? Or is it more of an add on kind of ingredient?
I was thinking about making some oatmeal bread tomorrow. Could I add it in that? If so, how much should I use? Just the recommended serving size?
>But could I eat it as is?
sure, but it's really dry. it's better to add it to stuff.
>Could I add it in that?
of course. i'd probably start with 1/4 to 1/2 cup. what recipe for oatmeal bread are you using?

Add some to yogurt with fresh fruit for breakfast. That's what I used to do with it anyway. That and mixing it into home made granola.
