I'm having a refeed day tomorrow, a day where I eat a shit ton of carbs because reasons.
Anyways, I fucking love potatoes, but being the filthy pleb I am, in the past I would just poke holes, nuke in microwave, and put some butter on em.
Haven't been able to eat potatoes for fucking months now, I wanna cook these babies up right.

Poke holes in them, rub the outside with some olive oil and salt, roast in the oven.
Replace butter with mayo, scallions, and your favorite hot sauce.
Best eaten right out of the fridge.
