weak vegan here, as with all food, its hard to tell from just a picture, but it looks al dente enough for me to say 10/10.

The same way you can tell dry pasta from cooked.

Don't know why you would put broccoli in pasta OP. I'm sure you thought it tasted great but I just can't imagine it being the best complement.
