This sounds good but honestly would probably be better if plated seperately.
I feel like everything will run together and it will create a poorly-textured mush.
Part of what makes hash browns so yummy is the crunch you get as you bite in and with this method the exterior will be completely soaked.
Also I think it doesn't need the hamburger patty what with the sausage and chili.
Those are just my opinions though and I would probably order/eat that as-is if I see it on a menu.

Why try to pack four meals into one? Is there an insecurity about when your next meal will be? Is each individual element so shitty that it can't stand on its own? Are you such a fatshit that you need this much food to feel full? Or is gluttony an end in itself?

It's a regional dish, by the looks of it. It's conceivable that it's good (if you described a pizza to someone who had never heard of one it would probably sound disgustong, for example) but the part where everything gets slathered in chili seems a bit much.

Depends on the pizza. I've seen regional variations of pizza that look absolutely disgusting to me, but in its simplest form pizza is not disgusting. Just like short order breakfast is not disgusting.
But piling together as much random shit as possible for the joy of gluttony is disgusting, like Midwest pizza, Rochester garbage plates or Glasgow munchy boxes (pic related).
