What do you put in a perfect beef burger (patty)?

Powdered mushrooms. Cracked pepper and sea salt. Ground round and loin and about 20% ground lamb.

1/3 sirloin
1/3 brisket
1/3 oxtail

Then just a little salt and pepper.

Ground beef, salt, and pepper. Don't load it up with a bunch of bullshit.

I like to handle the meat as little as possible, so I don't generally put seasonings in it so much as on it. I go for ground chuck and brisket with coarse salt and pepper all over and mustard on one side.
