Can you survive on Sardines alone for a month? What complications could possibly arise?
I recently found out a 15 OZ can will give you a whopping 50 grams of proteins and but only ~500 calories.
I'm aware of rabbit starvation which is why I only said a month. Assume you eat two 15 OZ cans daily for the entire month.
I ask this because I'm interested in buying around 60 cans of sardines to have in case of an emergency because they have a pretty long shelf life (~5years).
>What complications could possibly arise?
You're going to stink, and you'll probably be sick of sardines by day four at the latest.

Enjoy your new BPA bewbs, I guess.

being called "sardine breath" or "sardine eating guy" by other people

Is the concentration in cans THAT fucking high or are you just trolling? FDA says low levels of BPA are safe.

Is the smell of sardines really that pungent that mouthwash won't make it go away?

Did you read the part about OP eating sardines alone for a month?

>What complications could possibly arise?
Id kill myself by day 2

Scurvy.
Stock some vitamin C pills as well, maybe multivitamins. Learn what weeds in your local area are edible, so you can also forage for vegetables. Dandelion greens are common, for instance.

As long as you know doublemint Dave, I don't see a problem.

>I'm aware of rabbit starvation
Which happens due to a lack of fat. Buy a couple bottles of oil, set them on the shelf next to your sardines, done.
