yeah, no. pretty sure no lo-mein on planet earth has oyster and fish sauce. fuck off.

Hoishin sauce probably. I find Sriracha also works well.
Fresh ground Black salt
White iodine pepper
Possibly XO sauce. Using it is a selling point though - if it's not mentioned, then it's probably not XO.
Useless keks as usual. Vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, veg (onion and tomatoe). That and a 500 degree wok to cook it on.
Sesame oil is overlooked by so many people who want to recreate chinese food.

you do know that oyster sauce doesn't take like oysters, right? It's kind of a generic thicker brown sauce with soy and mysterious umami.

Generally you want to add a few extra ingredients. One of the most common is an egg, but I can't comment on how that tastes because I'm allergic to those.
Pretty sure there's an infographic that floats around the board with things you can add to various flavors of ramen to make them more tasty.
Soy sauce, broth and Chinese four spice powder.
Ever notice how "chowmein" is like german for "my food".

I hope you're not a girl because otherwise you'd have lotsa eggs allergicing your vag.
Lots of regular soy sauce, a small amount of dark soy sauce for color, and bit of oyster sauce.

I put oyster sauce in my pan fried udon noodles.
P.S. The brand I get is pretty fishy tasting, so I use it sparingly, as the other anon said, as a sort of generic thickener.
