What kind of manchego, anon?
>>7127870
I dunno desu, I just have it when I'm in spain, nice drizzled in honey. I also like goats cheese and ooh I do like a bit of gorgonzola.
Brie and Camembert are good as hell, but I'm a general sucker for most soft-ripened cheeses. Feta is my jam too, but I'm pretty picky with it because there's only a few situations where I think it's good, and I prefer stronger and more acidic feta.
On a random note, anyone have any recs for some cheeses that would go well with plum wines?
>>7127865
If you are british how do you not know what Shropshire is? Do you not know what Stilton is either?
>>7128017
Of course I do, the post was implying the picture was cheddar. If not, then the poster is even more dumb that I had assumed.
