I baked a free-form sourdough loaf and ate a bit with a three bean stew. I boiled dry beans in water until cooked then drained them. I cooked them a second time in a mix of tomato juice, olive oil and veg stock and flavoured it with celery seed powder, celery leaves and garlic.
Simple food. Nothing special. If you hold on, though, I snapped some pics. I'll post them. Sage until the last of the pics (four in total) is posted.

Thank you. My starter is kinda weak for some reason, so I added a little extra ADY to the extra flour I kneaded into it to make this one.
The basic recipe was 600g of 100% hydration strong flour starter, 160g of strong flour, 8g of salt and 4g of ADY.

Anyway, I had an open-faced turkey burger on thin sliced pumpernickel bread, with curry hummus, green leaf lettuce, tomato, red onion, dill pickles, mustard, sauteed mushrooms, and green olives.
I stacked it too high and ended up using a knife and fork, but it was delicious.

Just for the sandwich. I had a package of crimini mushrooms that needed to be used up. I sauteed them (using a little grapeseed oil) and then sprinkled a little Worcestershire sauce and pepper on them for seasoning. I put most of them on the burger, but the leftover I just ate with a fork, because mushrooms are GOAT.
