Angus Ground Beef bro
Making chili is fun
>>7109383
Just do it and post results but just saying that Reaper is going to nullify the heat of every other pepper so just go for the most tasty peppers other than the reaper.
>>7109401
OK, so the breed of cow is Angus. Who cares?
>>7109396
I think I prefer ground beef chili to chuck, plus it's much cheaper.

>kidney beans in chili
>>7109402
Its too late for that bro, the 1.5 quarts of chili already has the Carolina Reaper in it and it is scorching hot.
Literally felt like I swallowed molten magma
I find that it tastes much better if you grill the meat first, then add it to the pot. And that's tricky to do with ground meat.
Pic related; grilling meat & roasting the fresh chilies before they go into the pot.

Questions:
#1 - why?
#2 - why?
#3 - do these even exist? and, if so, why?
>>7109528
yes, they exist. I've usually seen them marked as "chili beans."
Enjoy your scorched asshole.
>not using ground beef for chili
>not using kidney beans for chili
What the shit

>OK, so the breed of cow is Angus. Who cares?
Those who fall for the marketing scheme.

>>7109383
why are these chilis all giving me the finger
>>7109383
I'd add something to give it a little heat. Also, I don't consider it good chili without a really strong onion.
