I think it might be that these bunnies are not too grossly stylized; they don't have huge heads, odd expressions, they're not too big or brightly colored. I love that this print nods very subtly to animal pastel vomit prints but also has that oldschool feel with the contrasting white lace.

Yeah everything is painted on. I used the freezer paper technique. The patter was cut out and painted on. All of the white parts part painted on. Which I really wouldnt ever recommend because its more time consuming that way. But the only reason why I did it that way was because I literally spent almost nothing on this costume. I had all the fabric and paint on hand. I literally only had to buy the shoes.

I used the same bias tape as the rest of the costume to keep colours consistent and hand stitched it on while my non-dominant hand was in each glove.

I did the duct tape patterning method where you cover the body part/shoe in seran wrap and duct tape and cut along where the seams need to be, and then I used it as a pattern. After that I just e6000'd the spandex to a pair of heels.
The material is coated metallic spandex (I got mine off of fabric.com, but you can probably get better 4-way stretch matte vinyl or moleskine off of spandex world).
If you're trying to buy a similar pair, I would be very wary of most boot cover-like boots since they're not fitted to your body. Amazon has a bunch, but definitely scour the reviews to get fitting and material information.
the last cosplay i did was King and sadly i didn't get many photos back from the event, in this one was still sticking on the sound effect parts when i was asked for the pic and i out them on wrong....

I chose to hide my face in one pic because it looked even more unfortunate in that one than in the close up. I'm not really photogenic at all. And yes, it's a wig. I'm not really sure what to do to fix the way it looks besides wearing a bonnet or larger headbow with that one, the part kind of sucks on it.

I suck at colour theory, so I'm not going to make any suggestions other than that the gold doesn't sit too well, it's not bad, it just draws too much attention away from your dress, which feels like it should be the focal point. Also the fact that it's a strong colour against a mild one, so the difference is more striking.
As for the wig, it just looks slightly dishevelled, like it lifts slightly on the right. Bizarre as it sounds, maybe it would be easier for you just to grow your hair. (I assume most lolis just opt for wigs anyway though), might suit your face better?
