The lace makes me think it's probably vintage or handmade, but you might find similar blouses elsewhere. Try searching for drawstring peasant blouses, maybe?

Same. I bought it again secondhand, and the listing said black but when I got it, it was clearly a very dark brown. I had to sell it and am searching for the black one again.
