I tried it on last night and it fits! I was concerned it wouldn't fit at the waist since the OP is ~70cm or 27.5 inches, but it was comfy.
I'm going to look at coording it before wearing it out in public. I need to buy a 3F bonnet, some tights in white with a floral print, a new or used bag in white, white gloves with lace, and maybe a parasol.
