The PSP game is alright if you're the kind of loser who plays PSP games in 2016 like I am. It's a shooter, it's also quite story heavy for individual characters (which is nice if you actually know Japanese).
There's also the PS2 VN which contains such famous scenes as pic related, but again, moon runes. There's a couple DS games I know nothing about, I think you play as Junko in one.
The PSP isn't region locked but I think the other consoles with games on them are, and considering the PSP game has a game you can enjoy without knowing the language it's probably one of the better ones to import.

Yeah Blitz is the one that just came out on DMM. It was originally mobage but they redid some of it and added voices (I think, I can't get the sound to work) to the browser version. I'm kind of getting the hang of it but it seems to be not so great.
