Nope. Shinbo's last comments in Kirara Magica were basically "we're working on it." He said they've got all the concept and story boards done and are now trying to finalize the script. Urbuchi js currently working on a personal project set to air in July, so I imagine that is slowly things down a bit. Wraith Arc concludes in October, so I'd wait until then.
It's happening, but the real question is movie or season. Butcher has stated he wanted a 2 cour project, but based on the amount of time that's passed and just the massive undertaking that would involve from a guy who opted out of a season 2 for a movie, I'm personally leaning more toward movie.

By the way some of these are really nice and I actualy have a couple of them saved. I just never post them because unfortunately they are all like that, a photo taken from some distance, and it just feels like a suboptimal pic when I think of posting it.
