The only "canon" date we have is from the anime showing Kuroneko's ID for a moment which says 1995, so Kirino would be 19-20 now. You could also start from the beginning of the LNs and say she's around 17, 2 years in the main series and about half a year more in the After Story.

From my own findings, i was able to conclude that Kirino's birthday isSeptember 4, 1997. From the image provided by Oshino Shinobu, I was able to get her birthday from her profile. It says 1997'4 生ま九. This probably means that she was born on the 4th day of the month of 生ま九 in the year 1997.

It's actually supposed to be brown-ish. Kyousuke describes it as "tea-colored". The anime and fanart typically brightens it up and makes it more orange, though. Likely an effort to make it more exotic and lively.

No. You may want to go to /a/ for that and hope you get a good Oreimo/Kirino thread going. /c/ is mostly only for light discussion.
Since the thread is over, I guess I can answer a bit of that.
There are Kirino dere scenes cut from the anime but it's not a whole lot. At the same time there are a lot of Kirino tsun scenes added to the anime that weren't in the LN at all. The portrayal of Kirino in the anime is just overly negative and this much should be completely obvious by the time you hit volume 3 and compare it to what happened in the anime instead. The portrayal in the anime gets even worse as time goes on because she does improve but the anime continues to show off tsun for no reason (look at the first scene of S2).
As for the other girls, yes, they're A LOT more bitchy in the LN. That has to do with the fact that the anime staff wanted to make Kirino look as bad/tsun as possible. The fact that they were massive Kuroneko fans also helped too.
You'll also notice things like Kyousuke being a dick in the LN too. In fact, he almost hits her in volume 2 but instead gets slapped or something by Kirino (in the anime Kirino does that for no reason).
Like I said, go ask /a/ about it. I think they had an image of the differences between volume 3 in the LN and in the Anime and that's a damn good example of the differences in general between both of them.
