None of my favorite K-On songs are sung by Mugi, like U&I and Ichiban Ippai (which is unfortunately short as fuck), but my favorite Mugi song is Yasei no Jounetsu. That song sort of reminds me of Imogen Heap, but I don't listen to a lot of pop, so that may just be a result of me not having much to compare it to.

It could be any synth, and if you assume the artist simply didn't want to draw the console, there's too few details to say it doesn't resemble some of the late-60's Moogs.
On the subject of Korg, I will agree that they are the superior keyboard in most cases, but different styles of music call for different tones. Old prog rock simply isn't the same without the sound of a Mellotron scratching and ticking.

It looks like a spinet, and based on the cabinet it's probably a piano or organ. You're presuming a lot that the artist meant it to be a Moog but didn't use any reference with the keys/keyboard/cabinet and didn't draw the modular/control cabinet (the most distinctive visual feature of a Moog). It looks more like a piano, but there's an organ in the music room, and in both ED of S2 so it could be one of those. There's no real given reason to think it's a Moog keyboard.
