Different wings have different routines and sorties though. 501st never states in the anime about how their daily routines go, did they? Erica sleeps in as much as she can and the other time eats potatoes and pranks around. Then when they have combat duty or possible threat scenario she's ready to roll in, usually with Trude right away. Well that should be enough to keep anyone fit still.
