Same here. The first season was actually kind of cute with the siblings getting to know each other and be less estranged. My own sister and I were never close as teens so that struck a cord with me. Then second season trampled everything I liked about their prior interactions. In retrospect I know I should have expected it to go that direction given the name of the show but I guess I dared to hope it wouldn't foolishly.
Kuroneko was just way too cute not to fall for.

The kokobukiya figures do seem to have better quality than the others. I'm just not sold myself on the open mouthed figures, kinda wish I was able to see them in person.
Even on mfc there aren't many close up face shots from different angles for most of the figures, but I know I'm probably the only person being so autistic about it so

Reading her spin-off manga right now. Generic art, but the writing is good. It actually focuses on her, Kyousuke only appears occasionally and freed from harem-protag blandness he's a better character. Still has her blushing, proud and conceited moments.

Her manga face is slightly narrower and squarer, and her eyes are rounder and darker. It's uncanny at first but I kinda got used to it after reading a few chapters. I actually like that she looks a little more mature and it's better than a lot of her fan art. Thanks for the info

It's really focused on her and not on shipping her with Kyousuke. She wants to publish a manga, has trouble at the new school, joins a computer club hoping to make a game... It's rather disjointed and some moments strain disbelief (also, gratuitous fanservice shots) but the characterisation is good.

Eh. I consider the times when it's her and Kyousuke to be the high points of the series honestly. Beforehand she was so closed off and was simply the "goth loli," but Kirino gets whisked away and suddenly she opens up, starts displaying her other side, her interests with the gaming club. Really broadens her character.
