What would /biz/ recommend as a good asset that won't turn into a liability with this upcoming recession?
>condo/apartment/house to rent out?
>becoming a Youtube partner?
>grow and sell weed if Bernie ever fulfill his promise of legalizing weed

>condo/apartment/house to rent out?
Only an asset if you
1) Can keep it rented without people that don't destroy it
2) You can afford to carry it if #1 gets bumpy during a recession
>becoming a Youtube partner?
Do you have any subscribers?
>grow and sell weed if Bernie ever fulfill his promise of legalizing weed

I don't have any right now, but I've been carefully planning my channel and the direction I should take. I plan to become a type of military-uniform-donning, /pol/ talking head.
I also have no student debt, no mortgage and debts whatsoever. Should I invest in a Roth or will that will just get demolished within the recession?
