It would be more appropriate to call what I'm doing Scalping than swing trading.

Isn't the only difference between swing trading a day trading the fact that hold swing trades for longer than a day and day trades for less than a day. Maybe I'm wrong.

How do you even do that. My orders take several minutes to go through. Also, you must have 100k+ to make any money on a 5 cent movement.

Reg-T Margin account w/ Interactive Brokers, and very carefully placed limit orders.

5s means 5 second resolution OHLC bars, however anything above 2 cents is profitable if you're scalping 100+ shares at a time.
