Hey,
So I'm thinking about launching a Spotify for accessories (wristbands) that will specifically target one EU country (my home country).
I am going to buy products from aliexpress branded with my logo and then sell and ship them in my home country. I'm not going to create a company yet since I'm just experimenting in the beginning, if sales seem to be good I will found a company for this venture.
Are there some legal aspects I should consider before launching like trademarks etc.? Or can I just start doing this on a small scale without giving much thought to any of the legal stuff before founding a company.

wow, great moves op, errbody know about aliexpress in your home town, even the 9yo's, people will find out eventually you are another worthless extra "agent" they don't need to pay extra. IF you open up a small store, you might even pull even with the rent. gl

I know it's not the most unique idea. That being said, I do think that I will be able to attract customers since I'm going to put a lot of resources into branding and also my target customers will be people who most likely don't know about aliexpress and if they do they will gladly pay a little bit extra to get the product shipped from their home country and customer service in their own language.

It would be great if someone could offer some tips or criticism that actually is constructive instead of "hurr OP's gonna fail".
