Imagine I'm from a non-EU country but live in EU. I'm well connected in both, and there's a huge gap in salaries and salary expectation.
I'm thinking of outsourcing IT services, offering competitive prices for projects in my EU country, and creating an army of wagecucks in my high-unemployment non-EU country.
I can compete against Indian Pajeets by having superior quality assurance.
Q: How do I pay my employees/contractors? Via Paypal on a "trust" model? Do I round-trip fly every 6 months with a lot of cash on me? Do I need an admin person and to officially register a firm in my non-EU country? Thoughts on evading taxes?
