How expensive would it be to buy a 50% share in Games Workshop stock? What kind of control would you be able to exercise over the company if you did? What if any legal ramifications would there be for trying to crowdfund something like that? How quickly could you start changing the business' direction once you had the 50% share?

>you'd probably have to negotiate sales with major shareholders--you won't scoop up a majority share by buying retail stock. If the shareholder is happy with their returns, they have no real reason to liquidate. This kind of takeover can take years.
