They are a terrible bank. No security measures on your account. Their customer service and fraud prevention team are some of the dumbest people I've ever had to talk with.

To top it off a year after closing my account I got a call from a COLLECTION AGENCY threatening me because apparently they allowed a 20$ charge after my accounts closed.

When I was getting a home loan their rep tried to convince me and my wife to take out two loans with them (one for the home and another for furniture and other home stuff).

Awful awful bank.
