FAQs
> How is it free?
They invest your unsettled funds after a trade.
It's also pretty basic software.

> When is it coming to my country?
Probably never. They only have plans on an Australian beta ( https://robinhood.com/au/).

> It's been X days, why isn't my account isn't verified yet?
If it takes more than 3 days, try emailing their support. They are very good.

> Is this the right place to pump and dump and/or shill a worthless stock?
No, please go to Stocktwits, Plebbit, or one of our many chat groups.

> What's a good penny stock to invest in?
Don't buy penny stocks you cum guzzling mouth breathing retard.

> I hit sell when the stock was X.XX, but it actually sold at a lower price, am I being jewed?
No, that would actually be illegal. Robinhood graphs are just shit and only show you an average, not-really-realtime price. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform.

> Where can I get better charting or bid/ask?
thinkorswim is bretty gud if you want to go open a second account with real broker.
Otherwise you should be using Yahoo/Google finance or even Stocktwits for your graphing in addition to Robinhood.

My plan: Either hold till Friday or sell at open, then buy more during the dip tomorrow if people don't know to hold it. Then sell it on Friday at it's peak, buy in on Tuesdays dip then hold till Friday again. This stock is incredibly volatile and risky. My plan is high risk, but will also yield 1-3k gains multiple times if it is done right.

The safe plan is to sell it tomorrow at it's highest, it will bounce between 1.20-1.30 all day unless someone with a lot of money feels like manipulating a penny stock which happens, but I doubt it will happen with this one.

I sold this is entirely speculative still st this point. $GEVO has been losing money for the last 5 years, they have massively downsized funding on research and development because they've mastered their fuel. They are waiting for oil to go back over $100/gallon so they can actually sell their fuel competitively. Even then, if oil prices go up, so will the cost of producing their fuel. All their eggs are in one basket and unless they get a government subsidy they are basically fucked at the hands of the oil industry. Seeing as the domestic oil industry is purposely driving prices up to compete with the Saudis, now they have a ceiling to keep in mind of $100/barrel. All the have to do is make more when the prices go up. I don't see this company making money for a long time unless the government steps in to help. I think all the big investors who did DD know this and are just riding the hype to make a quick buck then shorting. I think you guys are gonna turn this into anot her TTNP for yourselves and get burned. But hey, I could be wrong. I'll take my 2x gains and leave quietly

Dude they make $27/gallon green jet fuel when the regular is selling for $1.30/gallon. Their CEO said plan is to bring down cost to $3/gallon via mass production by 2020 and pray oil rises back up to historic highs.

>>1292836
Do you know why they lost money or did you just look at pictures of charts? Do you know why oil will go over $100/gallon despite it dropping consistently in price because there is too much of it to do anything with or are you just speculating that even though we have the biggest surplus since 2005 that we will need more? Do you know why this company won't make money, or do you just not see it making money because you're psychic? No one is going to hold this for more than a week at a time. You didn't even leave quietly correctly.

g-guys, is GEVO a bubble?
>>
>>1292868
Your post makes no sense and if i wasn't on my mobile I'd break it down line by line. The bottom line is the revenue is dismal. Their fuel has few practical applications commercially. There are a handful of biofuel gas stations which incorporate a percentage of their fuel but at $27/gallon it drives the price of fuel way up. People are paying at premium to be green so the market is very small/weak more of a novelty than anything. You're saying we have an oil surplus. That hurts your case. More oil means cheaper oil means biofuel is less desirable. Oil prices are trending up despite you say g they are not (this is good for your case) but oil prices are controlled by oil companies. Look at the marine live tracker at the end of the trading day in the gulf. We are literally sending full tankers of oil to sit out at sea so they don't count as stock. Oil companies are forcing their ships to cruise slower so they can keep the price up to hurt opec. If they see this fuel as a threat, when it gets close to profitable they can just start flooding the market. I don't understand what yourreply was trying to accomplish
>>
>>1292888

>>1292868
Also look at their quarterly reports, last three years they lost $150 million and there is no sign of them being profitable unless an airline makes a contract to buy fuel that is nearly 10x the cost of the fuel they're using now. Their current financial support contract is up in 2017, which means they won't be able to float. That's why they're meeting with cowheen now (may 31) to beg for more money to keep them alive for 5 more years so they don't go bankrupt before their fuel has a shot at making money

They have a date before the dividend pay out date that you must have owned the shares by. Obviously, this means you can't just buy up a ton of F the day before the dividend date and sell it after the dividend is paid.

FDA releases its decision tomorrow.

This one is less certain than TTNP for approval. Potential for big gains or big losses. If you made a profit on GEVO park some of here for sure but make sure to set a stop loss.
>>
>>1293109
Yeah, I think so. If you're holding it in RH--I believe you're fine. Don't quote me on this though. I'm probably wrong.
>>
>>1293123
Sounds reasonable enough. If their only problem was FDA asspain about labels then what the hell?
>>
Out of GEVO. I need rest.
>>

thought as much, thanks

It's not one stupid tweet, that informations been out since yesterday but nobody mentions it shills the stock yells on stocktwit that it's gonna go to $2 then the limit sell at the next fore-see-able resistance point ~1.2. Don't listen to other people telling you when to sell. Most people who had large volumes and planned on selling at open aren't going to advertise their strategy because if more people buy at open theyll sell for higher profit vs if everyone sells. I've been saying on this board since yesterday that this announcement and the flight with Alaska isn't actually a big deal, their fuel isn't marketable and the company has been taking serious losses for 5 years. That's why I said I was selling at open . Ride the hype get out once you make a fast buck. Don't listen to others. A good rule of thumb, whatever the shills are saying on stocktwit for the ceiling, divide by two and sell before you get there lol

KMPH WHAT THE FUCK AHHHHHHHHH

I WAS JUST ABOUT TO BUY AND THEN REEEEEEEEEEE
>>
>>1293133
To add to that, the only thing that will keep this company from going bankrupt is a government subsidy. Their best bet is really planning for exit strategies and hoping oil sustains a massive price spike 2x what it is now

About to break $6
>>
>>1293128

So here is a rough breakdown of KMPH and why it tanked in May giving my limited DD:

Opiate pain medications have a large risk for abuse. KMPH's drug is absorbed in the GI tract and has lesser risk for addiction than comparable drugs on the market.

The issue was that KMPH was trying to push the minimal risk of abuse on their labeling and the FDA told them to focus on the fact that its a pain reliever.

There are other Anons with a better grasp than I of the situation but that's the gist of it.
>>
>>1293140
This.
>>
KMPH just started its run ahead of tomorrow's decision. Best play is to get in now, and sell tomorrow just before the decision.
>>

I'm selling that shit stock to memey

I kind of got burnt with ARRY on Monday waiting until the actual conference presentation. I am hesitant to make the same mistake again.

By the rumor, sell the news.
>>

it tanked basically
>>
>>1293175
It tanked AFTER the good trial news was announced.

I think it's in the $5's now
>>

Their drug was approved and shares went up a dollar. The next day it crashed over a period of 20 minutes and has yet to recover. People were theorizing their partner was intentionally driving down the stock for a cheap buy out.
>>
bought in to BSPM just now, little scary

steady gains for 5 days in a row now so we'll just see

TFW didnt buy it 6 days ago at 1.2

Damn. I saw that one coming a mile away. I watched it for a little bit before seeing it on here. Noped myself away from it though and scooped up GEVO at .38.

TTNP and KMPH are tracking almost in unison today. WTF? Maybe it's a coincidence.

$CLF. Here's the skinny: Cliff Natural Resources specializes in mining iron ore pellets for steel production. (Been in business since the 1800’s)
>Catalyst: May 31, Secured new long term contract with the world’s largest steel producer (ArcelorMittal) It is a 10-year contract (til 2026). The new contract establishes a minimum tonnage of pellets that ArcelorMittal must buy (7 million tons, notably higher than previous contracts) and allows for AM to purchase up to 10 million tons. $CLF will be AM’s sole outside pellet supplier.
Other Notables: See company website. Renting idle infrastructure to other company for $31 mil, and separately was awarded top honors at a Platts Global Metal Awards.
The next ‘resistance’ is not going to be a factor, at ~$5.72 (pivot point from, May 2). Over the weekend prior to May 2, 1Q2016 results were released and earnings ($36million) were down 30% from 1Q2015. So the stock dropped on a catalyst, bad 1Q results. After the May 2 drop the good news I mentioned above arrived and the gains returned. The stock has been on a steady climb back up to $5/share with no signs of slowing.
“B-but anon, steel prices are down, aren’t they? Too much supply in China right now, r-right?”
Here’s the secret, iron-ore pellet prices are up (which is what CLF is mining), back to 2008 levels and rising. ( don’t be fooled by May 2008 share price, there was a billion dollar merger that CLF decided to back out of). Steel prices are expected to rise into April. Here’s a quick timeline of last week (catalyst gains). $1.20 the day news came out, .$.10 over next two days (resistance point), $.33 cents yesterday and $.40 cents today at 6/2. I encourage you to analyze the candlesticks. Next resistance? In my mind as we approach $7, and then again ~$8.60. But don’t hold me to it. I've got more reading to do.

CERU news
Presenting June 14th at 2:40 to present some results of CRLX101 data
>http://www.worldpreclinicalcongress.com/Nano-Oncology/
>CRLX101, an investigational nanoparticle-drug conjugate (NDC) containing the payload camptothecin, is currently being evaluated clinically in multiple solid tumors. Dosed in over 300 patients, CRLX101 has not demonstrated significant toxicity and thus offers a unique opportunity to improve cancer treatment in a meaningful way. Given its tolerability profile to date, we have explored pre-clinical, and more recently, clinical combinations of CRLX101 with multiple classes of drugs including VEGF inhibitors and PARP inhibitors. These data will be discussed.

Anyone still riding on GEVO? Holding around 1.12 right now
>>
>>1293217
Its been a good run, go ahead and sell anon
>>
>>1293201
We shall see. I have a theory that a major institutional holder of TTNP Apple Tree Partners sold the morning after the decision.

This drove down the price. So when all the momentum traders jumped on at $8.5 they saw the price drop, panicked, and scrambled to get out at any price.

Just my personal hypothesis though.

I am.
Holding out till tomorrow's open.

KMPH heading back to its former glory after tomorrow. Read the article. I'm suprised this isn't getting more attention, I'm all in at 7.20 avg. People are going to regret not jumping in

KMPH is plummeting. What the hell?

That stock is the most obvious example of manipulation I've seen.

Do you want to know why KMPH won't jump and why it fell on to half about two months ago?
Because it's not a drug deterrent. They voted against it.
It's only another pain medication.

KMPH is a meme

new meme stock we missed was BPSM. Does CLF have any prospect? whats next?

They have a +20M net cash positive position unlike many other biotech stuff we trade here. Burn rate under control. So with the non-addictive moonshot chance smoked out 2 months ago, it's going to behave like a more normal stock from here out. Limited downside, but also probably limited upside. Can probably still play the positive news game though.
