How to make more money with your adult site, how to advertise it, get more traffic.
So far I've been uploading photos and vids with watermark on it, posting on craiglists.
What other sites could I advertise my service for free? So far the best classified site seems to be craiglists, what other porn sites have a classified section?
What about freelancing? Tried fiverr and peopleperhour but couldn't use their site too much, because they noticed I was selling adultt content. Discovered extralunchmoney but I need more sites, maybe some non-adult site that might allow light-censored adult content?

Affiliate marketing. Offer nats codes to affiliates (research "nats" online, it's basically a csm for porn affiliation links). Advertise on tubes (Pornhub, youporn, redtube, etc). It's the best converstions.
I'm not sure the exact number but we will pay out $30 sometimes if we can get a sign up.

No. When uploading content, it should be used as a way to promote. So water mark the video, have some sort of call to action in it. Pornhub is experimenting with a program that does work with payouts for content creators. Go look, I'm not sure on the details but from what I heard anyone can sign up. This is OC though, not shit you stole. They have an entire department watching out for that.

I live in Montreal so I applied.
I would NOT recommend working there. The pay is low, they grind you, management is moronic at best, they fire people all the time. The place is fucked. Do your research, everyone hates it. There is a secret project going on called ONE MA (1 members area). They are going to take all the brands and merge them into one site. So, they will lay off a ton of people (though they are telling everyone they wont, the managers were told otherwise).
They are outsourcing all there IT work to foreign companies because the managers want bigger bonus. No RRSP, the raise are shitty if you aren't a manager.

Can confirm, used to spam my watermarked vids on all the adult sites, generated a lot of traffic to my niche sites. Tumblr is a good source these days too, very good.

You might think WHY BUY PORN WHEN I CAN GET IT FOR FREE. But not everyone is a poorfag. There are a few factors in a sale for a paysite, one being that they FALL IN LOVE WITH THE GIRL. Especially in the beginning of their career too. Take LEXI BELLE for example, remember when she was new?
Second, pay sites are better. No question. The quality of content is amazing.
To give you a metric, a site like brazzers get about a hundred sign ups a day. We have a retention department (the entire first floor) who's job is to keep you subscribed to the site when you call up to cancel. They offer free memberships to other sites, discounts, and many other things.
