I want to get into investing my spare cash, but I have no idea where to begin. I've read Rich Dad Poor Dad and didn't really like it too much. I'm thinking about stocks, does /biz/ use any virtual stock market simulators?

Invest without any knowledge seems a bit dangerous. Start small just to feel.

Guide 2 invest

Grandma mode (safest and easiest, but yields so low not worth)
- Treasury bonds

Welfare mode
- Open up 5% savings accounts with Netspend up to $5000 per account (requires direct deposit and other shit to be eligible)

Normie Mode
- Buy wide-index stock funds; hope the market doesn't crash and continues to chug along. Alternatively, buy lots of diversified ETFs.

Slower but safer mode
- Buy dividend stocks that have a 15+ year history of growing their dividend (you are buying for the dividend, and if there is a capital gain, consider selling to reap it)

Effort mode
- Research and invest in growth stocks that are undervalued

/biz/ mode
- Buy the meme stocks in robinhood threads, hope for the best

Trump mode
- Buy Trump coins. Most estimates feel that once this coin gets mainstream exposure it will reach $1 each coin (currently 4 cents a coin) unreal gainz if it happens.

Bitcoins had a huge bull run recently, but most price targets stick it at $600 a coin. Still undervalued a bit and could always explode, so worth sticking some cash in them.

Other considerations:

- LISK, ETH
- Peer lending such as LendingClub

>If ur already rich: Rental Real Estate

Where did this lie originate? My first deal I hot 50% across the board on a 10 unit small apartment building no money out of pocket. Partner brought down payment , paud closig costs , paid for due dilligence. I found the deal and negotiated it and picked our management company (they take 8% of rents)

After slush fund savings(for capex and such) and paying the debt on the place by half of the 50% split is about 1300 a month (it was a bit of a turn around but we rolled the tepair money into the mortgage)

1300 bucks a month perpetual passive income and the value I brought to the deal was just knowledge and hustle

I know, right? It's not like money makes things easier.

I made 700% on a really lucky penny stock pick, so it's not like you need money to make a fortune in the stock market.
I posted this because I feel it's very likely that any of the anons here can duplicate my results.

ThinkOrSwim paper trading means not real money but on the real market.

Have you guys made money on the stocks posted in robin hood threads?
>>
>>1298103
Man, I don't even know how to do something like that. At all. Where could I start to learn?

Meme money sounds like the way to go
>>

That required a partner that provided a down payment tho. Most /biz/ autists aren't going to have that.

Is there a book you can recommend for making deals in real estate? I'd love to do something similiar, got the talking skills, just need the knowledge.
