I am diagnosed with severe social anxiety and Clincal depression. I've had a lot of things fuck up in my life and it's all due to chemical imbalances and situation. But after a few failed suicide attempts and meeting this new girl, things are getting better. About a 2/10 in terms of happiness.

If I were to accept a diagnose from the doctor my eventual career plans would be thrown out the window, only way i would've ever gotten a diagnose is if i were to get prescribed benzos but that's impossible to legally get even with people that need them in my country.
